Day 2 Using SketchUp
It’s just Day 2 Using SketchUp…
…and I feel as though Im getting the hand of things now. Certain things still take some time and often a lot of trial and error. However, the space is starting to resemble a shop. Even though it’s only day 2 using SketchUp I’m figuring out the little steps in the process. This is a great project to keep me busy while traveling and living at the campsite.
I’ve been trying to create the Altitude, Mt Buller, ski shop from memory. Other than not having the correct measurements, I’d say I’m fairly close to replicating the shop space.
It’s fascinating how easy it can be to get carried away with all the little details. Taking the sketch from flat and boring shapes. To adding details, textures and depth.
I’m looking forward the diving deeper into SketchUp. Once I have the skills I need I will start using it for Visual Merchandising
